   I would prefer to stay at camp rather than hunt. Not because I have a fundamental aversion to the sport, but because I personally just wouldn’t want to be around when the animal is killed or cleaned. I do love game meat however, including venison, duck, goose, pheasant, and pretty much anything else you can shoot in the wild.

   My brother does the same thing. Nothing wrong with it. In fact everyone enjoys camp much more that way. Kinda nice to come back to have food and coffee waiting.

   Whenever I hunt extreme deer, I always stay at the camp at least one day. That’s where the beer and and chips are.

   I think your doing the right thing. In the process you are more than likely earning a degree of their respect (thought they’ll never admit it). And maybe next time a prime hunting stand location, or blind spot is up for grabs, you may be the lucky one to get it.

    Well Im a girl but I like stayin out and huntin till its dark then go in and make dinner and eat. hunt till its dark is the only way 2 go
